BMX National Headquarters (Tulsa, Oklahoma) - New Fire Alarm & Structured Cabling
Adept Staff on this project included a NICET Level IV Fire Alarm and Life Safety Technology Engineer, as well as a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), amongst several other qualified leadership and years of industry field technician experience.
Bureau of Indian Affairs (Anadarko, OK) Physical Access Control & Security Upgrades
The contract also included the design and installation of a complete replacement fire alarm system and intrusion detection. The team was commissioned to upgrade a combination fire and security alarm that was over 15 years old, having issues with false alarms due to the age, parts, and devices being no longer available. A new security alarm/ intrusion detection system was installed in accordance with the requirements of UL 681 Installation and Classification of Burglar and Hold Up Alarm Systems. Our team designed the system, procured all materials, and installed and tested the system which provided a fully functional security alarm system with 24/7 security monitoring services to include call-outs to Government personnel, local law enforcement, BIA Police, and emergency personnel if/when needed. The fire alarm portion of the project was overseen by our in-house NICET IV technician.
In addition to Adept Patriot Services’ expert design teams and globally recognized board-certified technicians for the project, Adept Patriot Services partnered with Citizen Contracting Group to assist in project management, procurement, and administration/close out services, to ensure the team’s efficacy and successful completion.

Personnel Project Past Performance

VAMC Intelligent Rekeying Services
Developed an Electronic Security Systems and Locksmith Services program, which led to successful pursuit of Intelligent Rekeying Services for Canandaigua VAMC in New York, West Palm Beach VAMC in Florida, Salt Lake City VAMC in Utah, Augusta VAMC in Georgia, Waco VA Clinic in Texas, and most recently the VA Northern California Healthcare System. Adept executive leadership, Robert Renfrow, CET, PMP, directly laid the foundation for these projects, writing the implementation guides, training the project management team, and was certified side-by-side with the installation team in both Medeco XT and Medeco CLIQ. Under Robert’s guidance, those team members were successful in bringing the Canandaigua VAMC and West Palm Beach VAMC rekeys to completion, and are working to wrap up Augusta, Salt Lake City, and Waco VA rekey, and are just beginning with the VA Northern California project.
