Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam – Fuel Storage
Awarded a contract for comprehensive consulting & maintenance services at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam to support NAVSUP (Naval Supply Systems Command). The scope of work for the United States Naval Support Group included site investigations of the existing fuel storage facilities, existing communication systems, and existing PLC control systems. Adept Patriot Services provided personnel, equipment, and design to replace and upgrade 480VAC power, multiconductor controls cabling, and fiber optic communications in underground fuel storage facilities.
Adept Patriot Services assigned a project team of key personnel for all (3) phases of the project. The construction included deployment of the electrical infrastructure team, PLC Controls team, and fiber optic communications team to include superintendents (one per discipline, electrical, controls, communications), and QC Engineer. Adept Patriot Services successfully completed construction of the new infrastructure upgrades ahead of the POP date, allowing adequate time for NAVSUP teams to complete mission critical storage facility tasks ahead of schedule.
All work performed in accordance with manufacturer’s requirements and BICSI Best Practices, as well as with the I3A DoD Design Guide, NEC, NESC, IEEE, ANSI/TIA family of Commercial wiring standards (568-C, 569-B, 606-A, J-STD 607-A, 862 BAS).
VA Health Care System of The Ozarks (Fayetteville, AR) – Video Surveillance Upgrades
Awarded a contract for comprehensive consulting & installation services at VA Health Care System Campus located in Fayetteville, AR. The scope of work for the Department of Veterans Affairs included site investigations of the existing video surveillance systems installed on campus, the existing campus police security stations, and existing IP Security Cameras.
Adept Patriot Services provided new Video Management Software, Video Archivers, and Software Maintenance Services. Adept Patriot Services insured compatibility of existing hardware, firmware, and network addresses to insure minimal down time during the installation cutover and replacement of the existing system. Careful scheduling was coordinated with campus staff and campus police to perform the cutover during window of time with the least active patient care.
Adept Patriot Services assigned a project team of key personnel for the project. Adept Patriot Services successfully deployed the new Video Surveillance System and Software without any disruption to Campus Security.

Presidential Inauguration - President Barrack Obama
Presidential Inauguration – President Barrack Obama, Washington, DC Organized a multi-state team of (8) state agencies, in addition to a host of federal agencies to include; Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Energy, State Department, and the U.S Secret Service to provide continuous communications amongst all organizations insuring real time monitoring of Inauguration events and conditions. Communications efforts incorporated multiple technologies of satellite, radio, and microwave broadcasting for constant contact amongst the teams. The stability of the communication methods, along with the organization of key personnel; were pivotal in the successful mission to prevent terrorism activities during the Inauguration.

United Nations General Assembly, New York, NY Organized federal agencies to include; United Nations Security Forces, Federal Bureau of Investigation, State Department, and the U.S Secret Service to provide continuous communications amongst all organizations insuring real time monitoring of UNGA events and conditions. Communications efforts incorporated multiple technologies of satellite, radio, and microwave broadcasting for constant contact amongst the teams. The stability of the communication methods, along with the organization of key personnel; were pivotal in the successful mission to prevent terrorism activities during the General Assembly.
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Atlantic City International Airport – Radio Communication Upgrades
Awarded (2) contracts for comprehensive procurement services at Atlantic City International Airport located in Atlantic City, NJ. The scope of work for the Federal Aviation Administration included sourcing, scheduling, and procurement services of specialized communications and radio components.
Adept Patriot Services provided new specialty components to the Atlantic City International Airport to upgrade radio communication points across the facilities and airfield. Adept Patriot Services coordinated availability of sole sourced products with limited raw material availability to meet installation timelines of facility personnel.
Superbowl XLV at Cowboys Stadium
Superbowl XLV at Cowboys Stadium – 2011, Arlington, TX Organized state and federal agencies to include; Arlington Police, Texas State Troopers, Texas National Guard, U.S Marshals Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, State Department, and the U.S Secret Service to provide continuous communications amongst all organizations insuring real time monitoring of Superbowl XLV activities and conditions. Communications efforts incorporated multiple technologies of satellite, radio, and microwave broadcasting for constant contact amongst the teams. The stability of the communication methods, along with the organization of key personnel, were pivotal in the successful mission to prevent terrorism activities and insure protection for just over 103,000 attendees inside the stadium that day. In addition to communications, the teams deployed advanced methods and technologies to monitor for weapons
of mass destruction, and to mitigate chemical weapons risks.

Veteran’s Hospital Life Safety Upgrades, Oklahoma City, OK
Veteran’s Hospital Life Safety Upgrades, Oklahoma City, OK Worked with the VA Engineering and IT Departments to develop a network based communication system for the newly designed, installed, and implemented Fire Detection and Life Safety System. Developed drawings detailing the OM2 fiber optic network being deployed with detailed routes, fiber optic switch locations, aggregate switch needs, and hardware distribution points for a functional and reliable network required to operate the distributed Life Safety System. Developed IT systems recommendations based on National Electric Code (NEC), industry standards, such as ANSI/TIA/EIA, BICSI, NFPA, and manufacturer recommended best practices. Managed work effort and supervised installation in accordance with work plans and performance requirements.
Lackland AFB Ambulatory Care Center, Lackland AFB, TX
Life Safety Systems including a Network Base Physical Access (Access Control) System, Network Based Burg Intrusion Alarming for Specific Points of Interest, Network Based Panic Alarms through-out medical facility,
and White Noise Sound Masking. Reviewed the Corp of Engineers’ Design Drawings, conducted Owner’s Rep meetings for occupant needs above and beyond, and communicated infrastructure needs effectively to the General Contractor to develop network based systems to minimize power requirements, to minimize the foot print and amount of cabling installed in the building, and to maximize productivity with the installation to meet the challenging installation schedule. Developed drawings detailing the system layouts being deployed for
coordination of communications pathways, device programming information, final locations, and installation discrepancies to be corrected. Developed value engineered proposals for system comparisons of Burg and Panic Systems along with alternate hardware for owner review based on National Electric Code (NEC), industry standards. Managed work effort and supervised installation in accordance with work plans and performance requirements.
OSAN AB Ambulatory Care Center, OSAN, South Korea
Asset Protection Systems including a Network Base Video Surveillance System (CCTV) System, and Speech Privacy (Sound Masking) System. Reviewed the Solicitation Design Narratives, provided design/build services, conducted Owner’s Rep meetings for occupant needs above and beyond, and communicated infrastructure needs effectively to the General Contractor to develop network based systems to minimize power requirements, to minimize the foot print and amount of cabling installed in the building, and to maximize productivity with the installation to meet the challenging installation schedule. Developed drawings detailing the system layouts being deployed for coordination of communications pathways, device programming information, final locations, and installation discrepancies to be corrected. Managed work effort and supervised installation in accordance with work plans and performance requirements.
