Adam Winbury

President/CEO

Adam Winbury entered the construction industry soon after high school, and exhibited a mechanical and technical understanding of buildings, systems, infrastructure, and code requirements in relation to client needs, far beyond his experience.

He started in the structural steel engineering industry during college for drafting and design. After graduation, Adam went to work in the electrical/mechanical engineering department at Lewis, Elliott & Studer, one of Arkansas’s premier architectural and engineering firms.

Adam moved from the MEP design phase of construction, into the more hands-on approach of contracting. Adam began work for an Arkansas based systems integrator in 2005, creating a full-service low voltage design and engineering department within 2 years. As the company grew, so did the team, Adam moved into estimating and project management, before transitioning into business development in 2010. Adam relocated to Oklahoma in 2012, expanding the integrators footprint nationally through 2018. The experiences and skills developed over the 12+ years growing the company, provided invaluable lessons learned, that are pivotal for team success both internally and externally with our clients. Since joining the industry in 2003, Adam has successfully consulted, designed, built, and serviced projects of various sizes small and large; CONUS (Continental United States) and OCONUS (Outside Continental United States).

Adam continues to serve clients through innovative thinking, planning, and technology for low voltage, communications, electronic safety & security systems to include: fire detection, access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, telecommunications, nurse call, audio/video, paging, speech privacy & sound masking, and many other systems.

Through dedication and hard work, Adam earned an associate’s degree in computer-aided drafting and design in Little Rock, AR. He continued his career with the same enthusiasm he began with, going on to earn his NICET Level IV Senior Engineering Technician Certification in Fire Detection & Life Safety. In 2018 Adam attained his Certification from BICSI, as a Registered Communications Distribution Designer. In early 2020, Adam was able to demonstrate his continuing dedication to the diversity of our industry as a whole, attaining Board Certification from ASIS as a Certified Physical Security Professional (PSP). This certification along with BICSI RCDD are recognized internationally. Through his diverse experience and engineering technician certification through NICET, BICSI, and ASIS; Adam joins less than 1% of industry peers holding certifications in such diverse fields. More importantly, he works to instill the importance of continued learning, and industry education with his teams.

Adam has served as a former member on both the Electronics Advisory Committee and the CDD Computer Drafting and Design Advisory Committee for technical colleges in Little Rock; he is also a former member of the Board of Trustees for First United Methodist Church of Sheridan, AR. Adam is a current and active member of BICSI, ASIS, NICET, and NFPA. When he is not working, Adam loves to spend time with his family riding UTVs, BBQ’ing (cooking), and spending time with friends.

Jamie’s naval career later took her onboard the USS Harry S. Truman, out of Norfolk, Virginia, where she continued and expanded her telecom IT role. She participated in several classified operations while deployed in the Persian Gulf, amid Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Following deployment, the Truman entered “dry-dock” where Jamie obtained her NAVSEA AMSEC Cableway certification and was charged with the task of managing maintenance, repairs, and removal of fiber optic cableway systems for over 30 personnel, and 6000 feet of shipboard cable.

Following military service, Jamie attended Old Dominion University where she earned her Bachelor of Science (2011), summa cum laude.
